91桃色 is seeking a Global Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs, the Regulatory Affairs Leadership Team (RALT), and the broader Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) department. This role involves managing onboarding and offboarding processes, organizing meetings and events, maintaining internal platforms, and supporting various operational functions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations within the department.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs and RALT, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Organize and prepare recurring meetings, events, and conferences for the GRA department.
- Serve as secretary to the leadership team, including agenda coordination, minute-taking, and action log maintenance.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update the GRA internal website and departmental collaboration platforms.
- Manage IT-related tasks such as ordering laptops and iPhones, granting access, and overseeing MS Teams sites.
- Act as the main contact for finance-related processes, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and supplier communication.
- Upload agreements and Power of Attorneys into the CMS system and ensure proper filing.
- Plan and execute induction and onboarding activities for new employees and consultants.
- Arrange office equipment and provide IT startup introductions for new team members.
- Maintain organizational charts and other departmental documentation.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in roles such as Coordinator or Executive Assistant.
- Advanced administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT systems and collaboration platforms.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
